Q. When and how can I collect my keys for my summer accommodation?

The keys to your room may be collected from the Student Living reception from the start date of your Licence Agreement. It is located in Bishop Hall Reception; please consult the campus map for the location of the office. Key collection out of office hours can be arranged by prior arrangement with the Allocations Team.

Keys will be issued by Student Living reception provided you have:

• Proof of identity i.e. Passport or a Photo Drivers Licence
• A copy of your Licence Agreement (this will be sent to you by email after acceptance)

If you are currently living on campus then please read ‘I live ON campus now and I have been allocated a new room, when will it be ready?’ or ‘The room that I have been offered for summer is the same as my current contract. What do I need to do?’.
