Q. What do I need to bring with me to collect my keys when I arrive at the University?

You will be required to present the following on your arrival day at your Student Living reception  to enable the release of your keys of your term time contract:

• A copy of your Licence Agreement OR a copy of your arrival text/email* on your smart device (e.g. phone, tablet);

• A form of photographic identification (ie passport, driving licence).

* You will receive an arrival text message and email a few days before your arrival; please ensure that your contact details are up to date in the Student Living Hub.

If you are not able to collect the keys on the start day of your contract then please read ‘Can I collect my keys early, will I be charged and when?' and ‘What happens if I do not, or I am unable to arrive until sometime after my contract starts?’.
