Key Collection
In order to collect your keys you will be asked to show a copy of your Licence Agreement. If you are unable to print a copy off, and have a smart phone, you can always show a copy on your phone, as this would be sufficient information for your Residence Manager.
You do not need to have a signed copy of your agreement in order to collect your keys; please read 'What do I need to bring with me to collect my keys when I arrive at the University?'.
Proof of your address
You may need a copy of your printed Licence Agreement when registering with a doctor/GP or when opening a bank account.
Please note: If you wish to print a copy of your Licence Agreement you only need to print the licence itself, which is two pages long, not the entire Rules and Regulations that go with it; please read ‘Where can I find a copy of my Licence Agreement?’.
