Each year the property viewings usually start at the end of November until the property is secured. Viewings might re-start/continue before and/or after the beginning of a new session e.g. housemate replacement(s).
Some of the property viewings might be arranged privately by the housemates whilst they are trying to secure the property with a replacement resident. Other viewings might be where the whole new group of students will be looking to move in and replace all current residents.
During the initial phase of the coronavirus pandemic, viewings were prohibited. This has now been lifted and provided all parties are following social distancing measures, tenants, landlords and agents are free to visit properties for viewings. However, we should all ensure we are following the Government's guidance on viewings during this time and reduce the risk to coronavirus exposure to a minimum. In addition, while properties in England may be visited for viewings, where there are tenants in residence, we are mindful that they may not want people visiting their property at this time. Therefore we would like any initial viewings to be done virtually wherever possible.
For those currently living in an off campus residence managed by Brunel Student Lettings, we invite you to participate in creating a virtual tour for prospective residents.
