If you lose your off campus accommodation key, please get in touch with Brunel Student Lettings, to let us know more details regarding, what has happened with your lost keys.
A charge (starting form £10 but this will vary depending on key type) will be made for the replacement of each door key lost or not returned, to include the labour and parts associated with changing the lock where appropriate. A charge will be made to any Resident/s whose actions necessitate the re-coding/re-programming of any digital or electronic access control systems. No charge will be made where it is clear that the key or device malfunctioned through no fault of the Resident.
