If your circumstances have changed and the room is no longer required, please inform the Allocations Team immediately so that it may be offered to another student. All Brunel students (inc LBIC students) summer vacation room cancellations need to be put in writing by submitting an email with the subject heading "Summer Cancellation" to firstname.lastname@example.org. Your first weeks rent is non-refundable unless notice is given in writing 7 days before the start of your each new Licence Agreement (Example: If your summer contract start date is Monday 5 June 2023 then the latest you may cancel your booking is by midnight on Monday 29 May 2023).
