The date you can move into your accommodation and collect your keys will be the start date of your Licence Agreement. You can find a copy of your Licence Agreement online and attached to your acceptance email. This is the date you can collect your keys and move into your Halls of Residence. If you decide that you would like to arrive earlier then your what is stated Licence Agreement you would like to arrive earlier please read ‘Can I collect my keys early, will I be charged and when?’.
Please note that during term time the early arrival form will not be available and you would be required to collect your keys on the start date of your Licence Agreement. During term-time keys are available for collection from the relevant Student Living Office after 2pm or on the time advised by the Allocation Team.
