If your circumstances have changed and you no longer require your summer accommodation, please inform the Allocations Team as soon as possible so the room can be offered to another student.
All Brunel students (including BPC students) wishing to cancel a summer vacation room booking must do so in writing by emailing bca@brunel.ac.uk with the subject line "Summer Cancellation" along with your student ID number.
Your first week's accommodation fee is non-refundable unless you provide written notice at least 7 days before the start date of your Licence Agreement. For example, if your Licence Agreement starts on a Monday, your cancellation request must be received by midnight on the previous Monday.
