If you are on the waiting list for campus accommodation, rooms offers are made subject to availability and we cannot guarantee if and when you will get a room on campus. You will remain on the waiting list until a room is offered to you or you cancel your application. Please note that late applications do not require any payment of a deposit unless you are notified otherwise. A member of the Student Living Team will confirm the amounts with you when an offer is made. Offers made during term time may also require a part payment of the rent in advance as well as a deposit payment to secure a room. Students on the waiting list will receive a monthly email during term-time advising them on the approximate amounts required to secure a room should there be availability.

Offers of accommodation will be made in accordance with the Accommodation Policy. Campus rooms become available during term time by students either cancelling their booking or vacating the room early. Should a suitable room become available for you the Student Living Team will contact you by telephone, so it is important that you keep us up-to-date with your contact information. If your contact details have changed since submitting your online application please read 'How do I change my contact details?'. You will normally be asked to secure this room with the required payments the same day and the room is likely to be ready for you to move into the next day.
