Your room is not regarded as vacated until all of your belongings have been removed and your keys have been returned to the Student Living Reception; this includes partner’s keys for studio flats. Where a Resident leaves the accommodation at the end of the licence period and fails to return the room keys directly to the Student Living Reception, the student remains liable for the extra room fees until such time as the keys are returned.
