All students should arrange accommodation before they arrive at Brunel so you can ensure that you have somewhere to stay and are not left without a room. This is particularly important for International Students who may not have anywhere to stay in the UK should campus accommodation be full.

When we contact you with a room offer, you will be required to make the deposit payment and you may also have to pay some rent in advance (the amount of rent you pay will depend on the date on which your Licence Agreement starts).

Please note that you will be charged the accommodation rent from the date that the room is ready for you, even if you do not collect your keys until a later date.

If you are arriving later than 7 days after the start of the Licence Agreement period it is vital that you complete the late arrival request form to notify the Student Living Team. Should late arrival be permitted you may be required to pay an instalment in advance to secure your allocation for your delayed arrival. If you do not notify the Student Living Team and the keys for your room are not collected within 7 days your allocation will be cancelled and your deposit would not be returned to you. Please see 'What happens if I do not, or I am unable to arrive until sometime after my Licence Agreement starts?' for more information.
