It is important you tell us if you wish to cancel your Licence Agreement as there may be financial implications for you.
Term time contracts (New and Returning student)
You will have seven days from the payment date of your booking fee to cancel your application and receive a full refund of your booking fee (provided that your Licence Agreement does not begin within this 7 day period). Example: If you have paid on Friday 28 January 2017 then the latest you may cancel your booking and receive a full refund of £350 booking fee for a single room or £450 booking fee for a Studio Flats is on Thursday 2 February 2017.
After the 7 day booking fee cancellation period the following accommodation cancellation charges will apply (this includes if the cancellation is caused by a visa rejection/refusal):
- By 31 March 2017: £50
- By 1 August 2017: £75
- By 31 August 2017: £100
- From 1 September 2017 the full booking fee will be retained by the University to cover the additional administration expenses incurred in finding a replacement and processing their documentation.
Please note: Above cancellation charges apply to new students only once they have been offered/booked a room.

All cancellations must be submitted to Accommodation Services online using the online cancellation form.
