Usually refunds take 2 to 3 weeks to be processed by the University’s Finance Department.
To request a refund of any accommodation related credit on your University account Brunel and LBIC Students have to contact the Student Centre via email and Visiting Students, Staff and Departmental Visitors have to contact the Income and Credit Control department by email. Your refund will be returned to you by cheque if you made your payments by cash or by cheque. If you paid by credit/debit card the refund will be returned to the card the payments were made from. If payment was made by bank transfer then the refund will be made to the same account. If a relative or friend has paid the money to the Income Office then the refund will be returned to the payee.
Please note: A refund will only be processed providing there is no outstanding balance on your University account.
