To collect your keys for your studio/ flat the main applicant must be the first one present to collect their keys for the Studio/ Flat. If the partner needs to collect their keys first then you must make these arrangements with Student Living Office. You can email your Student Living Manager directly on studentliving@brunel.ac.uk
Both you and your partner do not need to be present. If your partner will be collecting their key on a later date/time, they would need to provide photo ID to collect their key either from the Student Living Team/Security Office.
