If you are having problems with you heating or any other maintenance issue in your room/kitchen, you are first required to do these following steps first:
Step 1 Register your device on the Connect Portal
Step 2 Connect to Wifi@Brunel
Step 3 Download the Planon App from your App Store
Step 4 Open the app and sign in manually using the domain name
Step 5 Select “Forgot Password?”
Step 6 Enter your Username (Student Number)
Step 7 Select “Send email”
Step 8 Instructions on how to reset your password will be emailed to you.
*Please check your junk folder or email Res@Brunel.ac.uk if you do not receive your password reset email.
Step 9 To report a fault - scan the QR code which is located on the REPORT A FAULT notice displayed on the wall or door in your room.
Now you have a Planon app you can use this to submit any maintenance request which will then be sent to your Residence Team as a request.
