In nearly all cases emails sent during the online application, acceptance and payment process should be received within a couple of minutes.

If an application confirmation email has not been received you will be able to access the details you entered and the conditions you accepted online by logging in to the Student Living Hub with your student number and password. You will also be able to check if we have your correct email address. If your email address needs to be updated please read How do I change my email address on the application form?.
