During term time students living on campus or within a two mile radius of the University are not eligible to apply for an annual parking permit. They can use the pay & display areas between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday. You can apply for ‘out of hours’ access through the Student Centre which allows you to park on campus outside these hours. Once fully registered/enrolled you can apply for this access to be added to your Brunel Student ID card via eVision under ‘My University’ and then click on the relevant parking application link.

The University does of course make exceptions for Blue badge badge holders and they can apply for a free parking permit via the Student Centre. Please note the University encourages the use of public transport and other sustainable methods of travel other than the car. Special arrangements will be in place at the start and end of each year so that new and returning students can load and unload their personal belongings. More information regarding these special arrangements can be found in the Residence Rules and Regulations (to find out more details about parking on campus for the main arrival day at the start of the academic session, you will find more information sent to you regarding arrival day and parking.

Please note: The car parking restrictions also apply to couples (including partners) residing in the studio flats.

During summer vacation parking is available for residents living on campus. It is strictly controlled and all vehicles must be registered with the University and display an appropriate permit, which is available for a small charge. (N.B. The issue of a permit by the University does not guarantee a parking space). Residents should note that events, such as our graduation ceremonies and summer schools, are held on campus during the summer period. Separate parking restrictions apply over Graduation week; please check Brunel University London Graduation website for parking details/restrictions and instructions for getting to Brunel University London. If you are staying on campus during Graduation week period (usually mid July) please be advised that there will be parking restrictions in place during this week. If you are a student please contact the Student Centre for more information.
