Once you have accepted your Licence Agreement online you will immediately receive a confirmation email from the Allocations Team. You can check the date we received your Licence Agreement by logging onto the Student Living Hub using the log in details you created when registering your account. You will also be able to print your Licence Agreement details here.
You can also call the self-service system via our call centre, from the A-level results release day, on 01895 267900 to check if we have received your Licence Agreement. If you have not received an email confirmation that we have received your Licence Agreement please contact us.
