You are advised to apply and pay in full for the full period required as early as possible due to limited availability of some types of accommodation. It is important that you apply and pay for the maximum period you require. Summer vacation period ends at 9.30am on Monday 2 September 2024 and summer contracts cannot end beyond this date. If you decide to apply in small blocks (or apply late), the Allocations Team is not able to guarantee continuous stay in the same room or that we will have availability when you make a future application. Online summer application form is available from April.
The Allocations Team doesn’t have access to all the halls during summer due to maintenance requirements and conference bookings. All rooms are subject to availability and preferences cannot be guaranteed. If you apply for summer accommodation after the deadline please be aware that this will reduce room availability. Please note: You may have to move out from campus accommodation at the end of your current contract if we will not have summer vacation room availability.
Brunel students currently living on campus with a term time contract till 9.30am Monday 3 June 2024:

If you apply after the deadline date the Allocations Team is not able to guarantee continuous stay in the same room or that we will have availability. Brunel Students from off campus:
Applicants are advised to submit their online forms and pay in full for the full period required as early as possible and at least 7 days prior to the intended arrival date (preferably as soon as you know the required dates and have funds) due to limited availability of some types of accommodation. Applications made less than 7 days before the intended arrival date will be processed on individual basis subject to availability. Please read ‘How can I apply to stay on campus over the summer?’.
Brunel Students living on campus during the summer vacation and wishing to stay longer:
If you are looking to stay after your current contract ends for the summer period (June to September) you will need to submit a new application and make the full payment in advance at least 7 days prior to the current end date of your Licence Agreement. Please read ‘Can I stay beyond my current Summer Contract?’.
