If your circumstances have changed and the room is no longer required, please inform Accommodation Services immediately so that it may be offered to another student. All Brunel students (inc LBIC students) summer vacation room cancellations need to be put in writing by submitting our online Cancellation Request Form. All visiting students, departmental visitors and staff cancellations need to be put in writing by email. Your first weeks rent is non-refundable unless notice is given in writing 7 days before the start of your each new Licence Agreement (Example: If your summer contract start date is Sunday 10 June 2017 then the latest you may cancel your booking is by midnight on Sunday 3 June 2017).
