Term time contracts
The term time contracts lengths can be found online.
Contract lengths during term time are set and it would not be possible to choose a shorter/longer contract. Your contract dates, exact instalment payment amounts and dates can be found on your Licence Agreement. You are able to view your Licence Agreement online, please login to your Student Living Hub or by opening the attachment in the acceptance email that would have been sent to you when you accepted your Licence Agreement online.
If you moved into halls, and then decided that you would vacate your room early, then charges would apply for breaking the contract. Please see 'Can I move out of my room before the end of my contract and what will I be charged?'.
Summer vacation contracts
From June to September (Summer Vacation period) students and staff are able to stay on campus for shorter periods with a minimum of one week's booking. For more information please visit our Accommodation Website.
Bookings for Summer 2024 will be available from April 2024 by submitting summer accommodation application online.
You are able to view your Licence Agreement by opening the attachment in the acceptance email that would have been sent to you when you accepted your Licence Agreement online.
