Returning students: If you no longer wish to be part of your group, you will need to ensure that you have informed your group leader and the other members of your group.
A request will also need to be emailed to Accommodation Services for your consent to be withdrawn from the group.
Please note: Requests to be removed from the group that are emailed to Accommodation Services after the allocations have commenced on Friday 23 March 2017 will be considered on an individual basis. Although we will do our best to place you in an alternative area please note that this cannot not be guaranteed.
If your request to be removed from the group is successful (or you cancel your room application/allocation) the remaining members of the group will be unaffected.
