If you have logged into the Student Living Hub and have received a message that you are unable to apply it will be for one of the following reasons:

  • You have previously received a warning or ban (Residences Alert) on your account when living in halls
  • You have a criminal conviction that restricts you from staying in campus accommodation
  • You have previously been issued with a NTD (notice to Determine) when living in halls

If you have logged into your account and you are trying to apply for a single room but are only being given the option for a studio flat for couples it is usually because your course criteria does't meet the policy requirements e.g. your course finishes part way through the academic year, you will be in continuation etc
