The University recognises that in exceptional cases some students who have a permanent and substantial disability or have a medical condition could not attend university unless they are accommodated on campus.
New students will be asked to complete the Disability Assessment Questionnaire (DAQ) that is distributed by the Brunel Admissions Department when you receive your course offer. This form is then processed by the Disability and Dyslexia Service who will advise the Accommodation Centre if you require any special adaptions to your room. If you would like to contact the Disability and Dyslexia Service for further information please email them at: email@example.com
Returning Students will need to be assessed by the Disability and Dyslexia Service before they are recommended for a room on medical grounds. Please refer to the University Medical Policy to check if you meet the criteria, before you contact the Disability and Dyslexia Service to be assessed. If you would like to contact the Disability and Dyslexia Service for further information please email them at: firstname.lastname@example.org
