Please use the Refund Request Form to request a refund of any accommodation related credit on your University account.
Usually refunds take 2 to 3 weeks to be processed by the University’s Finance Department. If you do not receive the refund within 3 weeks Brunel and LBIC Students have to contact the Student Centre to check the progress of their refund via email at email@example.com and Visiting Students, Staff and Departmental Visitors have to contact the Income and Credit Control department by email at firstname.lastname@example.org . Your refund will be returned to you by cheque if you made your payments by cash or by cheque. If you paid by credit/debit card the refund will be returned to the card the payments were made from. If payment was made by BT then the refund will be made to the same account. If a relative or friend has paid the money to the Cash Office then the refund will be returned to the payee.
Please note: A refund will only be processed providing there is no outstanding balance on your University account.
