The keys should be returned to your Student Living Office. It is located in Bishop Hall Reception; please consult the campus map for the location of the office. 

Keys/access cards should not be left at the Security Office or with a friend or in the room. Any additional fees under this regulation will be charged to the Resident’s University account and will be payable within seven days of demand.

Outside normal office hours, keys should be posted through the Student Living Office letterbox in an envelope collected in advance from the Student Living Office, clearly marked with your name, student number and room/flat/hall details. You can contact the Student Living Office before leaving if you know you will be leaving outside office hours.
