Please check that you have carried out the following before contacting the Accommodation Services:
- Firmly accept your unconditional course offer with the University
- Check that you have applied online for the right academic session eg if you are joining the University in September 2017 you should have an online application for 2017/18
- Check online that you have not already been allocated a room
New Undergraduate students (non-clearing and adjustment) - You will be allocated a room on campus once you have an unconditional firm offer from the University, which for most students will be from the A level exam results day around mid-August. Accommodation Services will send you an email when your Licence Agreement is ready to be accepted online at this point you will also be required to make payment of the £350 booking fee to secure the single campus room. Both the payment and acceptance must take place by the deadline stated in you allocation email for the room to be secured for your arrival.
If you are holding an unconditional firm offer with the University and have not received your room allocation by the end of August please contact the Accommodation Services.
