New Undergraduate (non-clearing applicants eg apply 1 and apply 2) Students
If you have applied for accommodation, met the conditions of your course offer and confirmed your acceptance of a place at Brunel by 1 September then you will be accommodated on campus. In previous years students who applied later in the summer have also been allocated, but for these students accommodation is subject to availability. You will be allocated a room on campus once you have an unconditional firm offer from the University, which for most students will be from the A level exam results day around mid August. The Accommodation Services will email when your Licence Agreement is ready to be accepted online.
Please see our Home from Home booklet for further information.
Students who come to Brunel through the Clearing/Adjustment route
Clearing and Adjustment applicants who hold an Unconditional Firm offer with Brunel University London and apply for accommodation by 1 September are guaranteed a campus room.
Please note: Clearing and Adjustment students who apply or hold an Unconditional firm offer post 1 September may have to wait until later for a campus room.
Please read 'Can clearing / adjustment students apply for a campus room?' for more information.
If you have submitted your application and paid the booking fee before the deadline date in January, you will be notified in February if your application was successful. Successful applicants will be sent their provisional allocation at that time. Later in March, successful applicants will be informed which hall they have been allocated to. Formal allocations will take place in June/July.
