When you first registered your Student Living Hub online account you would have created a password. If you have forgotten your password you will be able to select the option at the bottom of the page 'Forgotten Password' and follow the online steps.
All applications for campus accommodation are carried out online so you will need to have access to your online account throughout your time at Brunel.
