If you have already submitted your application form online your details will be on the waiting list for a room. Once you have booked your flight please contact the Student Living Team to confirm your arrival details. We can then advise you on how to arrange your airport pick up (if applicable), how to book/secure a room, where to collect your keys, any charges for your early arrival or outstanding accommodation paperwork you have to complete or if we are fully booked we can assist you by providing details of the local hotels in the area so that you do not arrive without anywhere to stay.
If you are a pre-sessional that has applied for a summer language course you should expect to receive your allocation 1 week before your arrival date subject to payment of your accommodation deposit.
